Sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), an accepted contraction of sodium lauryl ether sulfate (SLES), is an anionic detergent and surfactant found in many personal care products (soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, etc.). It's viscosity verifies from water-like up to 100,000 cps with different density. What effective pump to be capable of transferring SLES with different viscosity? PUMP TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Displacement: positive displacement, Displacement is proportional to the speed. Max. Capacity is upto 300m3/h.
- Discharge pressure: upto 1.2Mpa.
- Suction capacity: Upto -0.095Mpa under flooded condition.

- Special mediums to handle: high viscosity upto 1.5million cps, high solid mediums upto 60%, sensitive mediums.

Bonve lobe pumps basically consist of two lobe rotors which rotate synchronously inside a casing without touching each other. As the rotors rotate, the spaces between the lobes and the casing are successively filled with fluid, which is transported to the discharge nozzle with a fixed amount of displacement. The pumped fluid forms a continuous stream thanks to the tolerances between the lobes and the pump casing, thus ensuring an efficient pumping.
