Today we visited a chemical company, who used Bonve 125 units stainless steel lobe pumps to run polyether products, such as Glyceryl , Ethylene glycol, Butanol, Iso-tridecanol Polyoxyethylene Ether etc.

During the test, the customer found two pumps can not run successfully. Hence we went to the site and checked the pump condition. The failure reason is electrode, welding slag entered into the pump chamber and caused pump jamming and wearing.

Here remindHard things into the pump is forbidden. Before connecting the lobe pump, pipe system should be cleaned completely. It is also necessary to open the pump cover and check if have any hard things into the pump during the transportation.
